Brief

Chilli Twist were called in to look at table and guestlist enquiries through the website. The business had a very strong social media presence and is one of London's premier nightspots.

Problem

The majority of current bookings were coming from expensive 3rd party agents and booking sites. The brand itself was also losing out to bad press stories featuring high on the first page.

Solution

A complete SEO overhaul and lead capture strategy was implemented. The site was converted from a single page to a full brochure site with SEO rich content and contact forms for both table and guestlist bookings. An aggressive Google Ads campaign was also installed to combat strong 3rd party booking agencies.

The Process

Cirque le Soir is an incredible brand to work with. A unique nightclub situated in the heart of London & Dubai which is often home to a variety of A-list celebrities. Once inside guests are treated to a visual feast of decadent circus acts and performances that are not for the faint hearted!

The club thrives on table bookings which would come from local club promotors and 3rd party booking sites at a cost. The challenge was to improve Cirque le Soir's online brand position so table bookings would come direct. This started with an overhaul of the existing single page website to a content rich SEO friendly platform where visitors could access information and make enquiries.

This complete SEO management quickly saw the new site feature above the various 3rd party booking sites for brand & keyword search terms. In addition to this SEO strategy we implemented a Google Ads campaign to keep one step ahead of competitors looking to bid on the brand itself.

The Result

From a standing start the website currently generates over 150 enquiries a week. The brand now dominates page one of Google driving down 3rd party booking sites. Site visit times continue to increase as does overall new traffic.
